After this tutorial session you will be able to start monitoring and reviewing what your guards/lone workers have done during selected time periods.
You will be able to do the following:

  • Immediately get alerted if someone is on PANIC mode
  • Send Text messages to guards/lone workers
  • Review all the incoming messages (inc MME details with image,sound,text messages)
  • Real time guard position using the "Track" feature
  • Retrieve point address and the ability to export the selected patrol in KML format (used by Google Maps and third party GPS Applications)
  • Produce low level detail reports in PDF and Excel format (selected patrol)

Advanced Web Application - Incidents

Incidents are predefined situations that a guard or lone worker may encounter during their patrol tour / work. Guard/lone worker can select one or multiple incidents from the mobile application and send them to the center in order to inform and take the appropriate actions.
Incidents also have the feature to be sent via email as soon as they arrive on center! (will be covered in a future tutorial regarding Users/Clients)

Examples of Incidents:

  • Opened Doors
  • Locks Broken
  • Broken window
  • Missing Extinguisher etc.

Advanced Web Application - Users

Users are individuals that at this point of time can be informed for Alerts via e-mail when they are setup properly.

Advanced Web Application - Guards

Guards are the individuals that complete the patrol tours scanning client's QR/NFC and report anything they spot on site. They are the ones that use the mobile application of QR-Patrol and transmit the events to company's command center.

After this tutorial you will be able to do the following:

  • Edit Guards (change display name,assign pin code etc.)

Advanced Web Application - Checkpoints

Checkpoints are the QR-Tags or NFC tags that are placed in various places of clients. For example a client can have 3 QR-Code tags and 1 NFC (3 for warehouse entrances and 1 for house entrance).Guards that pass from these Checkpoint scan those tags via the mobile application and transmit their actions to the command center.Checkpoints contain a unique code (not editable),"Client site code" and "Patrol checkpoint ID" to distinc them from other client's tags.

Branches are offices of company that are outside company's main facilities. They can be in other cities or countries. Apart from being main company's "child", branches can also be partners that are supposed to provide the same services main company offers to her clients.
